Responsibilities :
• Control the operation area (merchandising, shrinkage, customer experience, & manpower), directing & developing the team. (1) Achieve sales target, analyzing productivity, and providing recommendation for improvements. (1)
• Responsible for every aspect of Human Resource Management : Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration & Payroll, Employee & Industrial Relation, and General Affairs. (2)
• Maintain a good relationship with external parties; such as schools & governmental institutions. (2)
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University, GPA 2 2,75. Diploma degrees with experience are welcome. (1) Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Psychology/ Management, GPA 2 2,75. (2) Maximum 32 years old. • Experience in retail/sales/marketing/ customer service would be an advantage.
• Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential. Good in English and computer literate.
• Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift. Proof of COVID-19 booster vaccination is required for employment.
