Situated on the northern side of Batam, Nongsapura Ferry Terminal is one of the busiest ferry terminals in Riau Archipelago. Nongsapura is located on the Nongsa River and probably retrieved its name from the river itself. Nongsapura can be easily reached from Singapore via Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, which usually takes 45 minutes of the sea voyage.
